New Student Music Lesson Registration

Step 1:  Click the icon beside your desired Lesson Length/Frequency at the bottom of this page.

(You will then be redirected to the proper form.)

Step 2:  Fill out and sign Lesson Form online.

Step 3:  Click "Submit" to submit your form.  You will receive an email from Right Signature that you will need to click on to confirm your electronic signature, then it will automatically transmit directly to us.

Step 4:  Click on the Payment Icon below to set up your payment (we recommend setting the date to the 1st of next month since this month will be pro-rated).   Once we receive your form, we will contact you within 24 hours to custom-fit you with one of our teachers.

30 Minute Lessons Once Per Week
45 Minute Lessons Once Per Week
60 Minute Lessons Once Per Week
45 Minute Lessons Twice Per Month
